Objective: Design the structural frame of an automated solar panel cleaning system using SolidWorks Weldments, with emphasis on stability, weight optimization, and ease of fabrication.
Tools Used: SolidWorks
Outcome: Successfully created a lightweight yet robust frame structure using standard square and round tubing profiles. Applied trim/extend features, weld bead representations, and cut lists for fabrication. Ensured the frame design met functional requirements for mounting mechanisms, motion rails, and weather resistance.
