Objective: Design a functional and manufacturable fuel supply trailer using sheet metal techniques, focusing on structural strength, component integration, and ease of fabrication.
Tools Used: SolidWorks.
Outcome: Successfully modeled the complete trailer assembly in 3D CAD using sheet metal tools. Included accurate bends, flanges, weldments, and mounting provisions. Ensured manufacturability with proper bend allowances, material thickness, and flat pattern generation.
